About Us

SAENTIS is a partner of selected family offices and established investors from the German-speaking region.

After 10 years of experience in the investment business, we do

  • The decisions

  • The working methods and

  • The philosophy

We have met many financial investors in German-speaking countries and selected our partners based on these criteria. Three of the partners are industry-agnostic, and two specialize exclusively in software or medical technology and life sciences. In total, the partners represent over 60 companies and approximately 10,000 employees.

We directly connect medium-sized companies with an EBIT of €1 to €25 million with the right investor.

SAENTIS invests its own capital alongside these partner investors and is not a business broker.

What entrepreneurs don't expect from Saentis

1 / Short-term resale of the company

The invested capital of our partner investors is patient, unlike that of traditional investment funds.

2 / Auction

SAENTIS does not hold auctions; companies are not auctioned off. After an initial exchange, we connect entrepreneurs directly with one of our investors – decision-makers with decision-makers. Which investor is the right fit for which company depends on its size, business, and circumstances.

3 / Reservations regarding purchase price financing

In total, the SAENTIS partners have more than CHF 2.5 billion in equity capital. They are not dependent on commitments from banks or other debt providers.

4 / Bureaucracy and corporate behavior

Transactions often fail due to lengthy Excel spreadsheets, contracts in English, and indirect communication. We selected investors strictly according to the following criteria: entrepreneurial approach, everything in German, and direct communication with decision-makers.

5 / New on the market

The people behind SAENTIS have experience from 15 company acquisitions and are themselves involved in companies. Furthermore, SAENTIS' clients have been in the investment business for many years – the oldest since the early 1990s, the youngest for 10 years.
