About Us
SAENTIS is the partner of selected family offices and established investors from the German-speaking region.
Drawing on more than ten years of experience, we have come to know the

decision makers,
-
working methods and
-
philosophies
of numerous financial investors across the DACH region – and have selected our partners on precisely these criteria. Three of our partners invest across industries; two specialise exclusively in software and in medical technology and life sciences. Together, they hold stakes in more than 60 companies, employing approximately 10,000 people.
We directly connect medium-sized companies with an EBIT of €1 to €25 million with the right investor.
SAENTIS invests its own capital alongside these partner investors and is not a business broker.
What entrepreneurs don't expect from Saentis
1 / Short-term resale of the company
The invested capital of our partner investors is patient, unlike that of traditional investment funds.
2 / Auction
SAENTIS does not run auctions; companies are not put up for bidding. After an initial conversation, we connect entrepreneurs directly with a suitable investor – decision-maker to decision-maker. Which investor fits which company depends on size, business model, and situation.
3 / Reservations regarding purchase price financing
In total, the SAENTIS partners have more than CHF 2.5 billion in equity capital. They are not dependent on commitments from banks or other debt providers.
4 / Bureaucracy and corporate behavior
Transactions often fail due to endless Excel sheets, English-language contracts, and indirect communication. We have selected our investors against clear criteria: an entrepreneurial mindset, German as the working language throughout, and direct communication at decision-maker level.
5 / New on the market
The people behind SAENTIS have experience from 15 company acquisitions and are themselves shareholders in some of them. Our partners, have been active in company acquisitions for many years – the most established since the early 1990s, the "youngest" for over a decade.
